In the field of tourism, the strengthening of bilateral relations in the human dimension continues.

Mohammed Hassan Habibullahzadeh, Iran’s ambassador, also honored the victims of the Marash earthquake in Turkey and said: “Increasing cooperation and relations with neighboring countries is one of the priorities of Iran’s foreign policy.” It is very important to strengthen relations between Iran and Turkey.

He added: two countries can help increase prosperity, development and peace in the region. Trade relations, energy, transportation, transit, agriculture, science and technology, environment and free trade, fight against terrorism, tourism and border trade are among the issues that have provided unparalleled opportunities for cooperation between the two countries.

The Iranian ambassador, referring to the president’s visit to Turkey, said: “There was an important and constructive meeting between the parties.” Trade relations between the two countries were 12 billion dollars last year.
