Akbari stated that the two Muslim, revolutionary and anti-arrogance nations of Iran and Afghanistan, having a common history, can join hands to revive the Islamic civilization and restore the dignity of the Muslims, and noted that these two nations, having two Islamic systems with fraternal cooperation, they will win over all the political and economic problems created by the enemies of Islam. He congratulated and stated: In the shadow of the cooperation and coordination of the two Muslim nations, revolutionary and fighters of Iran and Afghanistan, it is hoped that the occupied lands of Muslims will be freed from the control of the invaders and Islam will be revived.
