Afghanistan is one of the important reasons of “Fazlur Rahman” for electoral defeat in Pakistan
The leader of Jamiat Ulema Islam in Pakistan announced in a press conference that support for the Taliban government in Afghanistan is one of the reasons for his party's defeat in Pakistan's elections. |
According to the regional office of Tasnim news agency, “Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the leader of Pakistan’s Jamiat Ulema Islam Party, stated that his party lost in the elections of this country due to strengthening relations with the Afghan government and condemning the crimes of the Israeli regime.
It seems that the governments in Pakistan have always been divided between the parties “Muslim League”, “People” and also “Tehrik Insaf” in recent years.
Fazl Ur Rehman told reporters that Jamiat Ulema Islam has failed in the elections due to the “crime” of supporting the Taliban government and strengthening relations between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
He added: “It is our fault.” It is that we played our role in repairing Pakistan-Afghanistan relations and spoke against the crimes of the Israeli regime in Gaza and supported Hamas, which is not acceptable to America”.
According to the report of BR media, the leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Pakistan has not accepted the results of the elections and has called for a peaceful demonstration by his supporters.
The Jamiat Ulema Islam Party of Pakistan won only four seats in the elections a few days ago.
Fazlur Rehman traveled to Kabul in mid-January of this year and discussed various issues with Taliban government officials.
