According to Arabic News 21, the coalition of supporters of Palestine in England announced the time of this march today (Saturday) and added: The participants in this march will demand the lifting of the siege and the end of the war in Gaza.
In its statement, the coalition called for an immediate response to the unprecedented humanitarian crisis in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, where Palestinian civilians, in addition to the pain and suffering they are suffering, face the threat of imminent displacement.
The statement of this Palestinian coalition states that the situation in Rafah has reached a very critical stage with the attacks and bombings of the Israeli regime targeting residential areas and civilian infrastructure in the Gaza Strip.
The said coalition added: These barbaric actions not only show a clear violation of international laws, but also show a shameless disregard for the lives of Palestinian civilians, especially women, children and the elderly.
This statement continues: While the world watches these crimes without taking any action, the coalition of supporters of Palestine in the UK insists in strong solidarity with the people of Rafah and Gaza and calls for an immediate end to any military attacks by the Israeli regime army against residents of Gaza.
This coalition condemned any attacks against the people of Gaza and asked the international community to take decisive and serious measures to prosecute the leaders of the Israeli regime for their crimes against humanity.
The coalition of supporters of Palestine in England called all the people of the world to participate in the global march in support of Gaza, which will be held on Saturday 17 February (today 28 Bahman) in order to end the genocide against the residents of the Gaza Strip and for the freedom of Palestine. He emphasized that more than ever before it is too late, we should raise our voices to support the oppressed and demand justice, dignity and freedom for the Palestinian people.
In this context, “Adnan Hamidan”, the vice president of the Palestinian Assembly in England, also said that with the participation of 100 cities and capitals of the world countries in the second global march to support the residents of Gaza, the activities for solidarity with the people of Gaza have intensified. Specifically, in London, this march will take place at a time when the British Parliament will once again vote to request a cease-fire in Gaza.
