We respect and accept the sovereignty and sovereignty of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan.” The authors of the letter add that the Taliban Foreign Ministry recognizes only 36 political representations outside Afghanistan. These agencies do not approve the documents of Afghan citizens living in other countries, including in countries where the diplomats of the previous government run embassies and do not interact with the Taliban. have proposed a plan to establish independent consular agencies in cooperation with the Taliban.
