The Zionist regime changed Marwan Al-Barghouthi prison again

Qadoreh Faris, the head of the board of affairs for Palestinian prisoners and freedmen, announced in a press statement today that the management of the Zionist prisons, Marwan Al-Barghouti, released the Palestinian prisoner from his solitary cell in “Rimonim” prison. He was transferred to solitary confinement in “Al-Ramleh” prison.

Qadoreh Faris further stated: Al-Barghouthi’s transfer was made after the recent statements of Itamar Ben Guer (extremist figure and minister of internal security of the Zionist regime) about his solitary confinement, and in my opinion, it is another attempt to spread his body in front of the public opinion of Israel. It is especially important that these statements were made after about two months of his transfer from “Ofer” prison to a solitary cell in “Ayalon-Al-Ramleh” and then to a solitary cell in “Rimonim” prison.

The head of the board for the affairs of Palestinian prisoners and freedmen said: the large-scale operation of transfer, group isolation and solitary confinement that the authorities of the occupying regime undertook, along with the planned tortures, all in the framework of the escalation of tension against all prisoners from October 7 onwards and also The leaders of the national movement began to be captured.

He added: Al-Barghouthi’s frequent transfer to solitary cells, along with his lawyers’ prohibition from meeting him, creates serious concern for his life, especially since this issue is associated with direct and continuous provocative actions against him in the Zionist media.

According to the post of the regional newspaper Rai Elyoum, Fars continued to emphasize: imprisonment in solitary confinement, torture and harassment of al-Barghouthi will never harm his firm determination to achieve freedom and self-determination.

In the end, the head of the board for the affairs of Palestinian prisoners and freedmen asked the relevant international institutions and local authorities to be committed to their responsibilities and to speed up their visits to prisons and to stop all actions and unprecedented cases of violation of prisoners’ rights.
