The senior commander of the resigned government of Yemen was killed in Cairo

The embassy of the resigned government of Yemen (affiliated to Saudi Arabia) in Egypt announced the lifeless body of Hassan bin Jalal Al-Obeidi, director of the war industries department of the Ministry of Defense of the Saudi-affiliated government in Yemen, in His apartment was discovered in Cairo.

Sources close to Hassan bin Jalal al-Obeidi, the senior commander of the resigned government of Yemen, said that this incident happened two days ago.

After his disappearance, Obeidi’s relatives broke the door of his apartment and found him handcuffed while the marks of stab wounds were evident on his body.

Major General Al-Obeidi was the first person who started the production of armored vehicles of the Yemeni army known as (Jalal 1, 2 and 3) during the regime of Ali Abdullah Saleh, the deceased president of Yemen.

He was one of the relatives of Ahmed Ali Saleh, the son of Ali Abdullah Saleh.
