Reuters: Israeli attacks on Gaza will continue for another 6 to 8 weeks

According to Zionist and regional officials, the operation of the Zionist regime in Gaza will probably continue for another 6 to 8 weeks.

Tel Aviv expects to continue full-scale military operations in Gaza for another six to eight weeks as it prepares for a ground assault on Gaza’s southernmost city of Rafah, four sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.

According to 2 Zionist officials and 2 regional officials who asked not to be named, the military commanders believe that at that time they can pave the way for the transfer to special forces operations.

This news agency also reported, quoting regional officials, that it will not be safe to move the people of Gaza to the north without electricity and water and without clearing the area of ammunition.

These possibilities have been raised in the event that today 136 days have passed since this regime’s deadly attacks on Gaza and human crimes in this region, crimes that have been protested even by the allies of this regime. This regime is now trying to start the Rafah operation, with an area of 63 square kilometers, which today has the highest population density in the world. One and a half million Palestinians displaced from the northern regions have settled in this area.

Since the invasion of the Gaza Strip since October 7, although this area has been designated as a safe zone, the refugees of this city are afraid of the imminent ground military invasion that may be carried out by the occupying army, at a time when they are living in miserable conditions. They are facing a catastrophic and unprecedented situation inside the tents located in this city, they are afraid.
