Zelensky also appreciated the foreign and Ukrainian companies that operate in the field of setting up factories for the production of weapons, bullets, drones and electronic warfare systems in this country, and noted: Our weapons production is expanding day by day, and although it is still Alone, we cannot meet all our needs in this field, but with each passing month, Ukraine’s strength and capabilities in this field are increasing.
The Russian Defense Ministry announced in a statement on Sunday morning that the country’s Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu informed President Vladimir Putin that the Russian army has gained complete control over the city of Avdiyoka.
According to the statement of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Shoigu reported to the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Armed Forces in the Kremlin that the Central Group of Forces under the command of Colonel Andrey Mordevich has taken full control of the city of Avdiyoka, which was considered a huge stronghold for the Ukrainian forces.
It is stated in this statement: an area of more than 31 square kilometers was liberated from Ukrainian forces, and the casualties of Ukrainian soldiers during the battle in Avdiyoka exceeded 1,500 people in just 24 hours.
