According to Mehr News Agency to Quoting from Tass, the Kremlin announced by publishing a statement that the date of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s speech in the Federal Parliament will be held on February 29 (March 10).
Kremlin press service announced in a statement: On February 29, 2024, Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver his annual speech at the Federal Assembly.
According to the Constitution of Russia, the president of this country is obliged to present an annual report about the state of the country and the main directions of the government’s domestic and foreign policy every year by attending the Federal Assembly (members of both houses).
