Afghanistan’s special facilities for Iranian investors
The Minister of Industry and Trade of the Taliban government announced special facilities for Iranian investors in Afghanistan in a meeting with the Deputy Coordinator of Economic Affairs Khorasan Razavi. |
Mohammad Yunus Mohmand, the vice president of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment, and Khanjan Alkozi, a member of the board of directors of this chamber, were also present in this meeting.
According to the announcement published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Taliban government, Chamandi said in this meeting: We are here to provide information on the progress of the activities regarding the agreements reached between the two countries during the recent visit of “Abdul Ghani Baradar”, Deputy Prime Minister of Economy and the head of the ministry. Afghanistan’s industry and trade had taken place, we have come and we are moving to implement the agreements step by step.
The notification adds that Khorasan Razavi, the deputy coordinator of economic affairs, also considered the trade relations between the two countries to be growing during this meeting.
In this meeting, while appreciating Iran’s good neighborliness and emphasizing the balance in the trade balance and the removal of obstacles in the field of trade between the two countries, Azizi said: After the new government in Afghanistan, the field for increasing trade has become favorable and with the capacity that Afghanistan and Iran have different sectors, the amount of trade can be increased.
He also announced that now the process of documenting and issuing permits is easier than in the past and Iranian investors can invest in Afghanistan like an Afghan.
