The Financial Times wrote on Friday that the European Union is seeking emergency funding of $1.5 billion to provide artillery shells to Ukraine from abroad under a procurement plan proposed by the Czech Republic.
Sputnik news agency, quoting what Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kulba posted on X social network, wrote: “During my call today, EU Foreign Policy Officer Josep Borrell reiterated the full solidarity of this Union with Ukraine.” I thanked him for his personal leadership and support over the past 2 years.
