Al-Kaabi stated: We are not against the negotiations of the Iraqi government to plan for the withdrawal of American soldiers from our country, but we emphasize that the occupying America is a liar, a deceiver and a dominator. Anyone who imagines that the American occupiers will surrender through negotiations and withdraw from Iraq is delusional, because America only understands the logic of force and weapons.
