Acknowledging that this council will never pursue its demands through violence and weakening the government, he clarified: recognition of the Jafari religion, participation in the political arena, The settlement of Shia legal claims based on the Jafari religion, the teaching of Jafari jurisprudence in schools and universities is one of the demands of the Shia Ulema Council of Afghanistan. But they can never back down from these demands.
Alami Balkhi said in this ceremony: Afghanistan is currently facing many problems, still after After 40 years of struggle, we are facing big conspiracies, the imposition of sanctions and the non-recognition of the current system are serious problems, such a situation demands that we all join hands and defend the honor and independence of our country.
He said: Shiites have always been with and in sync with the government, but unfortunately their request has not been answered in the last three years.
A member of the Shia Ulema Council of Afghanistan pointing out that the Shiites of this country (necessarily) follow their jurisprudence and this should not be interpreted as problem-solving by the government.
Balkhi further said: “The issue of the presence of Shias in the system, the issue of teaching Jafari jurisprudence in schools and universities is one of the main demands of the Afghan Shia Ulema Council and they cannot back down from this demand”.
He also emphasized: We have not received a negative answer so far, and we consider this a green light from the Islamic Emirate, and we hope that the demands of the Afghan Shia Ulema Council will be answered soon.
On the other hand, “Musbah”, the head of Hosseiniyeh and mosques in the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj and Endowments of the Islamic Emirate, also said: Sunnis and Ahl Both Shiites love Ahl al-Bayt (AS). Ahl al-Sunnah considers it obligatory to love the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and all the people of Afghanistan love the Ahl al-Bayt (AS).
