As ​​part of the 13th package of sanctions, the European Union has imposed restrictive measures against 27 companies from Russia and seven other countries (India, China, Sri Lanka, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Turkey) accused of supporting Russian defense industries and applied export restrictions.

Also, four companies from China and one company from Kazakhstan, India, Serbia, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Turkey were sanctioned for supplying electronic components to the Russian military-industrial complex.

North Korean Defense Minister Kang Sun Nam is also among the sanctioned persons.
