According to TASS news agency, the Ministry of Finance of Russia along with the country’s bank and BRICS member countries are considering Prepare initiatives to improve the international monetary and financial system. These initiatives will focus in particular on the issue of creating a multilateral financial payment platform among BRICS members.
According to TASS report, the Ministry of Finance of Russia and the Bank of Russia along with other BRICS members are going to , prepare a report for the leaders of the BRICS countries on the improvement of the international monetary and financial system, which contains a set of initiatives and recommendations.
The creation of a multifaceted digital payment platform is aimed at helping financial markets.
Russia founded the BRICS group in 2009 and currently accounts for 42% of the world’s population, 30% of the world’s geography and 24% of the world’s economic output.
Five new countries participated in the last BRICS meeting in Durban, South Africa, and accepted this invitation in early January, and their representatives participated in the BRICS meeting on January 30 in Moscow.
