Hamas’ reaction to the shutdown of the last active hospital in northern Gaza

According to the international group Tasnim news agency, in a situation that after the complete cessation of humanitarian aid to northern Gaza in the past few weeks, the situation in this area at all levels, including health and food, is beyond a disaster, and the gradual death of people, especially children, due to hunger and thirst and lack of access to medicine has become A common issue, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that due to the continuation of brutal Zionist aggression and the severe siege against northern Gaza, the “Kamal Adwan” hospital, as the last active hospital in this area, was shut down.

Before that, “Ashraf al-Qadara”, the spokesman of the Gaza Ministry of Health, announced that the number of children who died in this hospital due to acute thirst and malnutrition has increased to 6.

Palestine Hamas movement, in response to the shutdown of Kamal Adwan Hospital, issued a statement announcing that the shutdown of this hospital will make the health and humanitarian situation of the residents of northern Gaza more disastrous than before. We demand immediate action to deliver emergency food to northern Gaza.

Hamas calls on all relevant parties and UN agencies to take immediate action to deliver emergency food to the north of Gaza, which is under severe siege.
