Syrian sources reported that the occurrence of these explosions caused fear and panic among the people of this region.
Al-Sharq al-Awsat also quoted the Syrian Human Rights Watch as saying that these explosions are likely to have been caused by an Israeli airstrike on a building in the city of Banias. .
