report Mehr News Agency, citing Tass, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement announcing that Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin and China’s Special Representative for Eurasian Affairs, Li Hui, had a meeting in Moscow announced that any dialogue on the resolution of the Ukraine crisis is impossible without the participation of Russia and taking into account the country’s security interests.
