According to the announcement published by the Ministry of Defense of the Taliban government, the military officials of the Afghan ruling body are going to discuss with the officials in this trip. Qataris will also attend the Dimedex defense exhibition about strengthening bilateral relations.

The 8th Dimedex defense exhibition will be held in Qatar between March 4 and 6 (March 14 to 16).

Qatar has hosted the political office of the Taliban in recent years, and after their rule in Afghanistan, it has strengthened its relations with the new government in Kabul.
