Haley told supporters in North Carolina on Saturday that the world is burning because of his country’s failure in Afghanistan.

He added: The world is literally burning. There is a war going on in Europe. There is a war going on in the Middle East. North Korea tests intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of hitting the US. China is conducting cyber attacks on our infrastructure. Russia blinds satellites so we can’t see what they’re doing. If we didn’t have that failure in Afghanistan, none of this would have happened. It was signed and based on that agreement, Washington pledged to withdraw all its and NATO forces from Afghanistan within a certain period of time.
