Netanyahu again did not accept Hamas’ conditions for the release of prisoners

The Prime Minister of the Zionist regime claimed that this regime will not give in to the demands of Hamas for the release of the prisoners who are still in Gaza.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu once again asked Hamas to make concessions before further negotiations on a new ceasefire and the return of prisoners.

According to al-Quds al-Arabi, he said today in Tel Aviv: We are making a lot of efforts to achieve success, but one thing is clear to you, and that is that we will not give in to the imaginary demands of Hamas.

On Sunday, the Zionist regime did not send its negotiating team to participate in the recent negotiations that were held in Cairo with the aim of reaching a ceasefire agreement in Gaza and the exchange of prisoners in exchange for Palestinian prisoners in the hands of the Zionist regime. But a delegation from Hamas entered the Egyptian capital.

The Zionist regime wants a list of names of prisoners still in Hamas’ possession before Hamas agrees to mediation by the US, Egypt and Qatar. Conversations are widely described as shaky and with wide gaps.

Netanyahu said it was too early to say whether there would be a solid framework for reaching an agreement in the next few days. The Zionist regime also demanded clarification on the number of Palestinian prisoners that Hamas wants to release for each prisoner from Gaza.

According to recent international media reports, the draft agreement that was discussed in recent days can exchange 40 prisoners for 400 Palestinians in the prisons of the Zionist regime. But Netanyahu said that he has not yet received satisfactory answers about the concerns of this regime.
