On Thursday, at least 26 people died due to these rains in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. According to reports, 18 of the 26 people who died due to the collapse of buildings in the northwest region of Pakistan were children. All the schools in Baluchistan province are closed.
According to reports, more than 150 houses have been damaged by landslides caused by rain in Pakistan.
Pakistan Meteorological Department has announced that rain is expected for the entire northwestern region of Pakistan until Monday.
