Narration of Iraqi Sunni Mufti from his meetings with Martyr Soleimani
Iraqi Sunni mufti said that during his numerous meetings with Martyr Soleimani, they reached an agreement to create an army composed of Shiite and Sunni Muslims. |
Al-Mayadeen reported that Sheikh Mehdi Al-Samidai, the Iraqi Sunni Mufti, said in a speech at the “Albanian al-Marsos” conference held in Beirut: “I met martyr Qassem Soleimani 12 times.” And we had reached an agreement to form an army for Muslims consisting of Shiites and Sunnis.
He went on to say that he hopes that the Muslim army will be formed especially by the resistance axis countries.
Al-Samidei pointed out that what happened in the Gaza Strip was a roaring flood of the enemy to target Muslims, and if the Arab countries unite, the enemy will not be able to resist them.
In this conference, several political figures including Sheikh Naim Qassem, deputy secretary general of Hezbollah in Lebanon, Osama Hamdan, one of the leaders of Hamas movement, and Muhammad al-Hindi, deputy secretary general of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, gave speeches.
Naim Qassem, Deputy Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, stated at the meeting of “Al-Banyan al-Marsos”: “The storm in al-Aqsa is the legitimate right of the Palestinians and there is no debate about its legitimacy. This operation is the vital flame that strengthens the resistance.”
Naeem Qassem said: “America wants to take control of our region and make it in such a way that it is free to bring to its knees those who stand against American arrogance.” If it was not for America’s support for Israel in the Gaza war, Israel could not continue this aggression. The aggression against Gaza is an American aggression, and Israel follows America with the aim of genocide of the people of Gaza, and this is not a reaction to the Al-Aqsa storm.”
Osame Hamdan, one of the leaders of the Hamas movement, also noted: What the occupiers could not do in the field, they cannot do through political intrigues either.
Osame Hamdan also stated: Arab countries must take action to break the blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip and end the hunger of the residents of Gaza.
This official of the Hamas movement also said: The resistance started the Al-Aqsa storm operation when the Zionist regime sought to destroy the Palestinian issue.
Hamdan further added: “Resistance in the region has a solid foundation and has moved from the stage of cooperation and exchange of experiences to the stage of participation in confronting the invaders.”
The leader of the Hamas movement said: The resistance has succeeded in reviving the Palestinian issue and there is no possibility of tolerance and coexistence with the Zionist regime. Resistance has thwarted America’s plans.
He continued: We are flexible in negotiations and are ready to fully defend the Palestinian nation.
