According to the foreign policy group Tasnim news agency, Ali Bahraini, Iran’s ambassador and permanent representative in Geneva, in a speech on behalf of more than 60 countries at the meeting of the 55th session of the Human Rights Council on Monday, while condemning the killing of more than 150 UN staff due to the crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza in the last four months. , said: In the eight decades of occupation in the occupied Palestinian territories, the world has not seen such a dire situation of human rights and humanitarianism.
The Iranian ambassador added: hospitals and any facilities for patients and Wounded people are deliberately attacked by Israeli occupying forces, which has caused the medical system in Gaza to fail, and the world has been shocked by the level of deliberate targeting of hospitals and medical and humanitarian staff in Gaza.
Bahreini further stated: Making claims against some humanitarian agencies in Gaza and disrupting their activities and making the living conditions of the people in this area more difficult is part of the agenda of the Israeli occupying forces to force the people to leave. own homes and leave their own land.
In this group speech, the ambassador and permanent representative of Iran expressed his concern about the deliberate actions of the Israeli occupying forces against the infrastructures and humanitarian agencies and said: We deeply regret the implementation of this policy and deliberate actions. We express our concern about the occupiers who aim to destroy the complete resilience of the Palestinian people against the occupation and achieve their right to self-determination.
At the end of this speech, the ambassador and representative of our country called for the full implementation of the interim order of the ICJ to stop the genocide by the Israeli occupying regime in Gaza.
The 55th session of the Human Rights Council will begin its work in Geneva on March 7 and will examine various human rights issues, including the human rights situation in Palestine, within six weeks until April 17, 1403.
