Summoning the Israeli ambassador to the United Nations without consulting Netanyahu

The Foreign Minister of the Zionist regime announced that without informing anyone and to show courtesy to the Secretary General of the United Nations, he summoned the ambassador of Tel Aviv from this organization.

Israeli Foreign Minister Yisrael Katz summoned Tel Aviv’s ambassador to the United Nations, Gilad Erdan, without consulting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

According to the Anatolian report, Katz claimed in a post on the “X” platform on Monday evening that Jordan was summoned for consultations after trying to silence the dangerous UN report. But a Zionist source said in his opinion that summoning the ambassador of this regime from the UN headquarters in New York is not an easy task.

This source added: In fact, there is no precedent for recalling an ambassador who works at the United Nations, even in the most difficult circumstances, such as the 1975 UN resolution. However, even Benjamin Netanyahu was not informed of the decision regarding Jordan.

In his post, Kats defended his decision and said: As the Minister of Foreign Affairs, I set the policy and values of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and for this reason, I took the unprecedented and exceptional action of immediately removing Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations. I called for consultation. Currently, he is on a plane on his way to Israel.

He claimed: This is in protest to the Secretary General of the United Nations (Antonio Guterres). He ignored the horrific crimes against Jews and Israelis and constantly tried to discredit Israel and undermine its right to self-defense, bringing the United Nations to its lowest ebb.

This is while the UN has not taken any concrete action to save the civilian population of Gaza. However, the Zionist regime criticizes it because it ignores violence against Zionists (a non-existent issue) and does not act against the Palestinian resistance.
