83% of Russians are ready to participate in the presidential elections

According to the report of the international group Tasnim news agency quoting “Tass” news agency, the results obtained from the survey conducted by the Foundation for Measuring Public Opinions of Russia, have shown that 83 percent of Russian citizens are ready to vote in the upcoming presidential elections in this country.

According to this research, 83% of Russian people will participate in the elections, among them 61% of the respondents said that their decision is completely certain and 13% are likely to vote.

According to the results of this survey, 90 percent of respondents know the exact date of the country’s presidential election. And this index has increased by 11 percent compared to mid-February.

Furthermore, the survey showed that the majority of respondents intend to support candidate Vladimir Putin. The survey was conducted in the first days of March in 104 residential locations in 53 regions of the Russian Federation. It was done and 1600 people participated in this study.
