Details of the agreement plan presented by Hamas to Egypt

Rai Alyoum newspaper, quoting sources that it called “special”, reported on this: For the first time, Hamas has presented an integrated plan for a cease-fire deal, and this plan was personally prepared by “Khalil al-Hiya”, a member of the political bureau. This movement was handed over to “Abbas Kamel”, the head of intelligence, and Al-Hiya informed this Egyptian official that the presented plan is final and will not be negotiable.

These sources announced that the plan presented by Khalil al-Hiya includes the following clauses:

1- Stopping the war with Gaza one week before the start of the implementation of the deal.

 2- The clear acknowledgment of the Zionist regime to withdraw from the Gaza Strip, with international guarantees for the implementation of this withdrawal.

3- The only way for a ceasefire will be to stop the aggression against Gaza.

4- Freedom of movement in the Gaza Strip and unconditional permission for refugees to return to their homes and areas.

 5- From the first day of the implementation of this deal, it is allowed to transfer the aid to the entire Gaza Strip without any restrictions and this strip should not be divided into several regions.

6- One week after the cessation of war in Gaza, the process of exchanging prisoners will begin and there must be international guarantees in this regard; Because otherwise, the Zionist regime will resume the war.

 7- The release of all the detainees of the “Shalit” agreement, who were arrested again after their release, and their number is 57.

 8- Detainees living inside the occupied territories and Quds are also an essential part of this deal.

9- 48 hours before the release of the first group of Palestinian prisoners, the resistance groups will present the names of the Zionist prisoners for release.

According to this report, Hamas has also emphasized in its plan the release of all the sick, elderly, children and captive Palestinian women without any conditions.

According to the plan proposed by Hamas, after the implementation of the first phase of the exchange of prisoners, in a comprehensive agreement to stop the conflicts and cease fire, as well as the withdrawal of the occupiers from the Gaza Strip, the two sides will enter the second phase of the exchange of prisoners.

Hamas has emphasized that without the fulfillment of these conditions, the continuation of the agreement will be disrupted.
