This Hamas leader stated: Americans and Israelis are maneuvering and buying time. Our position was clear from the beginning that any information about the prisoners has a price and we want a written agreement and we will not accept anything less.

According to Hamdan, if there is no clear answer, we cannot continue to rotate in a vicious circle.
