The increase in the number of dead ships targeted in the Gulf of Aden

The American Central Command, known as Centcom, announced on Thursday that the number of people killed in the Yemeni operation against a ship in the waters of the Gulf of Aden increased to 3 people and four others were injured.

According to the Anatolian report, Centcom announced in a statement: On March 6 (Wednesday), an anti-ship ballistic missile was launched from Yemen towards the ship True Confidence while it was passing through the Gulf of Aden.

This organization explained: This missile hit the ship and three people were killed and at least four people were injured, three of them are in serious condition.

CENTCOM said in another statement that the US Central Command carried out an attack on two drones in Yemen on Wednesday evening. The organization claimed that these drones represent an imminent threat to commercial ships and US Navy vessels in the region.

Wednesday evening, the British Embassy announced that at least two sailors were killed by Yemeni missiles that targeted international ships.

As the British maritime security company Ambrey announced, the cargo ship True Confidence was attacked by a missile near the Gulf of Aden, which resulted in the loss of some of the ship’s crew and the disappearance of others.

Yemen’s armed forces claimed responsibility for the attack and explained that it targeted the American ship True Confidence with a number of missiles, which led to a fire on the ship.
