Ikrame Sabri, the preacher of Al-Aqsa Mosque, announced: This mosque has been under siege for about 150 days and we demand the cancellation of the siege imposed on it during the holy month of Ramadan.
According to the report of Al Jazeera network, Ekrima Sabri further blamed the cabinet of the Zionist regime for restricting the entry of worshipers to Al-Aqsa Mosque during the month of Ramadan.
He also clarified: We emphasize the importance of coming to Al-Aqsa Mosque, and anyone who has the ability to do so should come.
The preacher of al-Aqsa Mosque noted: The residents of Gaza are facing the hardest kind of pain and suffering, and we pray for their endurance and stability.
Ikrame Sabri also said that coming to Al-Aqsa Mosque is obligatory and necessary.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced on Tuesday that it is possible for worshipers to enter Al-Aqsa Mosque in the first week of the holy month of Ramadan with the same number as in previous years.
Itamar Ben Gower, the hard-line minister of internal security of the Zionist regime, once again called Netanyahu’s statements about the al-Aqsa Mosque “endangering the lives of Israeli citizens and an image of victory for Hamas”.
Ben Guer said in his statement: “The decision to allow access to the Temple Mount (Al-Aqsa Mosque) during Ramadan, as in previous years, is against the position of the police and my position, and Prime Minister Netanyahu and the small cabinet of political and security affairs are acting like this. As if nothing happened on the 7th of October.”
The officials of the security services emphasized during the negotiations that took place in recent days that “if Israeli Arabs who have blue identification cards are prevented from entering the Al-Aqsa Mosque during Ramadan, this may lead to widespread unrest.”
Earlier, the Gaza Ministry of Health announced the increase in the number of martyrs of the Zionist regime’s attacks on this strip to 30,800 people.
The barbaric aggressions of the occupying regime army on the residential areas in the Gaza Strip began on October 7th, and these aggressions continued from that time until November 24th (December 3rd), and after a one-week break, they resumed on Friday, December 1st.
Palestinian resistance led by Hamas started an operation at dawn on October 7th (15th October) by attacking Zionist settlements in the Gaza Strip and captured dozens of Zionists. Experts evaluate this operation as a strategic failure for the Zionist regime and its alleged “legendary” army.
