Axios: The White House is seeking a list of weapons sent to Tel Aviv
The White House is seeking to compile an inventory of all arms shipments to Tel Aviv. |
According to a report published by Axios citing four American officials, the White House has ordered the State Department and the Pentagon to prepare a list of weapons that are to be sent to Tel Aviv.
According to Al Jazeera, citing American officials, this request is not a sign that Biden is considering suspending or conditioning arms shipments to the Zionist regime in the near future. However, this request has been raised while Biden is facing increasing criticism due to his strong support for the occupation regime.
Earlier this week, more than 30 Democratic representatives in the US House of Representatives wrote a letter to Biden, stating that the Israeli attack on the city of Rafah in southern Gaza will probably cause this regime to be deprived of US aid.
It should be said, in the 2020 US presidential election, Arabs and Muslims living in this country played an important role in the victory of Joe Biden and the Democratic Party. However, polls show that since the start of the Gaza war and Biden’s strong support for the Zionist regime, his popularity among Arab voters has decreased.
