The diplomat noted that at the end of the speech, Biden added that if he was smart, he would leave the White House right now. The representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry added that according to the American president’s own logic, he will not leave the post of president because he is not smart.

Zakharova also referred to Biden’s statement about the cost of drugs in the Russian Federation, which is much cheaper than in the United States, and suggested that the consular department of the Russian Federation add drugs to the list of the president’s trip objectives.
