Maarouf stated: The Gaza Strip is experiencing Israel’s war with the aim of starving its residents. With the threat of famine intensifying in the north of the Gaza Strip, every effort can help to provide the minimum livelihood of the people.

He pointed out that the occupying regime prevents humanitarian aid from entering the Gaza Strip with the aim of ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian nation, but to counter this policy, the crossings of the Gaza Strip should be opened and air aid should be sent to the Gaza Strip. This is not enough.
