Recently, a number of leaders and elements of this group, who were arrested on charges of cooperation with foreign parties, were released, and this terrorist group admitted that one of the leaders of the so-called “Jaish al-Ahrar” forces was tortured and killed in “Al-Sheikh Bahr” area located in He is buried west of Idlib.

Hundreds of Idlib residents have come to the streets in recent days in the Sarmada area near the borders of Syria and Turkey, chanting slogans in line with the overthrow of Tahrir al-Sham leader Abu Muhammad al-Jolani, the cleaning of prisons, the defeat of the hoarding imposed against the economic, political and security situation. People from Hizb ut-Tahrir and even elements of the brigades of this group, whose leaders have been assaulted, have joined the demonstrations.

He believes that the expansion of demonstrations will naturally affect the Tahrir al-Sham terrorist group, which is now suffering from an internal crisis.

On the other hand, political activist Abdul Karim Al-Omar said: “The demands of the demonstrators went beyond the issue of cleaning prisons and releasing prisoners, and they now want to remove economic restrictions, freedom of speech, removing security barriers and canceling taxes.”
