Unprecedented demonstrations in the occupied territories against the Gaza war
Despite the threats of the Zionist authorities, Palestinian protesters in the occupied territories started demonstrations against the war in Gaza. |
Hundreds of Palestinian protesters living in the occupied territories demonstrated against the Gaza war in the city of Umm al-Fahm in Haifa province.
According to Al Jazeera, this protest is unprecedented, because the authorities of the Zionist regime have suppressed any support for Gaza in the occupied territories.
The Zionist regime police had previously warned that they would not tolerate demonstrations in support of Gaza. The occupying police chief had previously said in a video: “I will put anyone who wants to associate with Gaza on a bus to go there.”
The city of “Umm al-Fahm” is one of the Arab settlements occupied by the Zionist regime and is considered the second largest community of Palestinians in the occupied territories.
Earlier and at the end of January, protesting Zionists also demonstrated against the war in Gaza. These protesters believe that the war in Gaza is aimed at preserving the far-right cabinet of Benjamin Netanyahu.
