, the International Court of Justice “The Hague” announced in line with South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime: Israel must use “all necessary measures” to prevent actions that are considered examples of genocide.
This court did not issue an order to stop the military actions of the Zionist regime in the Gaza Strip. The verdict of the Hague Court against the Zionist regime was widely welcomed by various countries of the world.
South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said: Israel’s verdict issued by The International Court of Justice will not proceed with the case of genocide in the Gaza Strip. He stated: We found it appropriate to present an urgent request to solve Rafah’s problems. More than 100 citizens have been killed in this area.
Many Palestinians have taken refuge in the Rafah area to avoid the attacks of the Zionist forces.
The President of South Africa stated: We ask the International Court of Justice to issue another order related to the quality of interaction with this incident and to prevent its repetition.
According to Al-Rai Al-Youm newspaper, Ramaphosa stated: Another issue that causes concern is the death (martyrdom) of Palestinian citizens due to hunger, and this is an issue that Many relief organizations have emphasized it.
The International Court of Justice recently announced the receipt of South Africa’s new request and announced: This request has been forced to refer to the Hague Court due to the new facts and changes in the field conditions in Gaza, especially the widespread famine among the Palestinians.
This is the third request that South Africa has submitted to the International Court of Justice against Tel Aviv since the beginning of the Israeli military attacks on the Gaza Strip.
During the attack Zionist forces have killed 31 thousand Palestinian citizens in the Gaza Strip, most of whom are women and children, while many residential houses and infrastructure facilities in the Gaza Strip have been destroyed and nearly 700 thousand Palestinians are exposed to food insecurity.
