Barakat, who was one of the best scorers and the first player in the Gaza Strip, scored 100 goals for a team. He represented the Palestinian national team and Gaza football club in the local league.
This 39-year-old Palestinian player scored at least 114 goals and became known as the Khan Younis legend because he was associated with Khan Younis Youth Club for a long time.
