UNRWA: Israel prevents important medical aid from entering Gaza

Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner General of the Palestinian Refugee Relief and Employment Agency (UNRWA), wrote on his user page on the X social network (former Twitter) that all the residents of the Gaza Strip need help to survive It is dependent on humanitarian aid and these aids are very few and the restrictions have increased.

According to the report of Anatolia news agency, he further added that a truck carrying aid was returned because it contained scissors that were used in medical packages for children.

Lazzarini also clarified that this list includes basic and life-saving materials, including anesthetic drugs, oxygen capsules, artificial respiration devices, water purification tablets, cancer drugs and other necessary medical supplies.

The Commissioner General of UNRWA emphasized that the Zionist regime prevents the entry of very important medical aid to the Gaza Strip, including life-saving medical equipment.
