According to the Palestinian Shahab news agency, the statement of Hamas states: The news published by the Al-Arabiya network attributed to (a senior Hamas source) regarding the receipt of an international proposal for a long ceasefire in Gaza and the gradual return of displaced persons or the departure of a delegation from the movement to Cairo for talks is not true.
Hamas added: We ask the media to ensure the authenticity and credibility of the news and not play with the feelings of our people who are under the military aggression of the Zionist regime and the murders of the Nazis.
Earlier, Al-Arabiya network quoted a senior Hamas source as reporting that Hamas had received an international proposal to extend the ceasefire in Gaza, which would include the release of captive children, women and the elderly. According to this report, a delegation of Hamas will go to Cairo in the next few days to discuss the details of the agreement and start its implementation.
Earlier, Channel 12 of the Zionist regime claimed that the Zionist authorities estimate that Hamas will respond to the prisoner exchange agreement within 48 hours.
