According to the regional office of Tasnim News Agency, “Serajuddin Haqqani, the foreign minister of the Taliban government, and Mukhtar Saidov, the foreign minister of Uzbekistan, during a meeting in Kabul, discussed bilateral issues, cultural and historical commonalities, as well as economic projects of the two countries.

According to the announcement published by the Ministry of Interior of the Taliban government, Haqqani gave assurances about the security situation in Afghanistan and considered the start of economic projects important for the stability of the region.
