In a speech at a meeting of the UN Security Council, the head of the European Union’s foreign policy condemned the actions of the Zionist regime in using hunger as a weapon of war in Gaza and warned of the catastrophe of hunger in the Gaza Strip. He called for aid to Gaza by land.
He went on to emphasize that humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip should reach the Palestinians through the land method, and said: Humanitarian aid that reaches Gaza by air or sea is not enough and providing Airlift cannot replace hundreds of trucks.
Palestinian resistance led by Hamas launched a surprise operation on October 7th by attacking Zionist settlements in the Gaza Strip and captured dozens of Zionists.
