According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Al-Maloumeh, Hathim Al-Khazali, an Iraqi security expert, stated that the strategic agreement signed between Iraq and the United States emphasizes the lack of immunity for the country’s soldiers inside Iraq.
