Members of the truth-seeking committee

We have considered your report to the Human Rights Council. In this report, you have mentioned the issue of poisoning of students, I have a question for you as a lawyer, doesn’t proving the hypothesis of poisoning require the approval of experts in the field of toxicology based on the sample taken? Has the claim of poisoning been made based on the laboratory procedure?

It indicated that the reaction of the students had a psychological source. Immediately after the beginning of the poisoning narratives in girls’ schools, field research was carried out in 90% of the schools where the poisoning rumor occurred. Based on common psychological methods, special forms were designed for students and parents and they were interviewed based on current standards. It will be grateful if you find the documentation of even one case of poisoning.

After the failure of scenarios and huge costs to threaten peace and internal security, the project of poisoning students was keyed to complete the psychological operation puzzle with the aim of presenting a false picture of the situation of girls and women’s rights. This is despite the fact that according to international reports, the Islamic Republic of Iran has a high rank in the literacy of male and female students. Your failure to mention the results of the investigations, doesn’t it mean that the special reporter continues and does not pay proper attention to the received reports?

Mr. Reporter, you stated that your great interest in the people of Iran prompted you to volunteer for this mission in order to take steps to improve our situation. But for whatever reason, you were more inclined to work on the issue of the right to hijab and the execution of traffickers than on the serious challenges caused by the embargo.

Mr. Reporter, in response to why you did not mention the issue of the impact of the sanctions due to the great interest of the Iranian people, you said during the meeting that this issue has its own specialized special reporter, the question is this. Before appointing him, why didn’t you pay attention and the second question, why did you diligently express your concern on the issue of execution and violence against women, which has its own special rapporteur?

Of course you did. Your email had a problem and you were not able to respond to our correspondence and include our documents in your reports, but I would like you to tell me how the opposition groups coordinated your presence in the panel last week?

At the end, while expressing satisfaction at the end of the six-year period, we ask you to declare neutrality, after this period, please become a candidate for the special rapporteur on the right to freedom of religion and express your concern about the violation of Muslim rights in European countries.
