report Mehr News Agency quoted Waa, “Bivar Abdul Aziz”, the public relations officer of the non-operational defense organization of Iraq’s “Dahuk” province, announced the flooding in this area.
Abd al-Aziz emphasized: Flood water has entered some houses on the banks of the “Hashkaru” river in the center of Dohuk city. The flooding resulted in the death of 2 people and according to preliminary estimates, more than 30 houses were damaged.
Also, according to a video published by Iraq’s Al-Sumaria network, the flood in Dohok was so intense that it swept away some cars.
This is despite the fact that last day, most of the provinces of Iraq witnessed heavy rain and flooding in several areas, including Dohuk and Erbil provinces.
