report Mehr News Agency quoted by Al Jazeera, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres said that nothing justifies the collective punishment of Palestinians living in Gaza by the Zionist regime.
Guterres continued: We must make all possible efforts to stop the killing in Gaza and guarantee the unconditional release of the captives. With the continuation of the war in Gaza, we are going through a dark time.
The Secretary General of the United Nations added: Famine and hunger threatens the residents of the Gaza Strip and action should be taken to save them. More than one million people in Gaza are facing the risk of famine and starvation, and urgent action must be taken before the situation worsens.
