The US Treasury Department announced on Wednesday that it has imposed new sanctions against “three procurement networks” that are supporting Iran’s missile, nuclear and defense programs.
The US Treasury Department announced in a statement that these networks, which are based in Iran, Turkey, Oman and Germany, have procured carbon fiber, epoxy resin and other goods that can be used in missile industries for Iran.
The United States has announced that these sanctions have been imposed by Executive Order No. 13382. The executive order was issued to target what Washington calls “proliferators of weapons of mass destruction”.
5 days ago, America, in continuation of its hostile and anti-Iranian policies and actions, had sanctioned a shipping company and a ship under the pretext of connection with Iran.
