reported by Mehr News Agency quoted Al-Arabiya, the foreign ministry of the Taliban government in Afghanistan, the attack attributed to the ISIS group in the concert hall of the commercial center “Crocas City Hall” in the suburbs Moscow called the capital of Russia terrorist and condemned it.
The Taliban’s foreign ministry issued a statement calling this attack “a clear violation of humanitarian standards” and called for countries to take a coordinated, clear and decisive position against events that cause instability in the region.
Taliban’s statement continues: ISIS showed with this attack that it is a captive of intelligence organizations whose goal is to “discredit Islam” and “create a threat to the entire region”.
