report Mehr News quoted by Al Jazeera, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan described the terrorist incident in Moscow as a heinous act and strongly condemned it.
The president of Turkey, who was in Ankara, emphasized: We deeply condemn this heinous terrorist attack that targeted innocent civilians.
Erdogan further added: Terrorism is unacceptable and it does not matter what factors are behind it and who is its source. We will continue to fight against terrorist acts as a common enemy of humanity.
Turkey and Russia have recently had growing relations and cooperation in various fields.
