The UN is concerned about the increasing violence of the occupying army against women in Gaza

The UN special rapporteur on violence against women expressed concern over the increase in violence against Palestinian women and girls in Gaza by the Zionist army.

Reem al-Salem, the UN special rapporteur on violence against women and girls, expressed his concern over the increase in rape cases by Zionist soldiers against Palestinian women.

According to Anatoly’s report, al-Salem wrote in a post on Platform X: The continuation of these cases in the Gaza Strip, which has been exposed to Israel’s devastating war for 6 months, is disgusting.

He stressed that rape and other forms of sexual violence can be considered war crimes, crimes against humanity or behavior that may amount to genocide. The UN reporter called for an immediate end to cases of violence against Palestinian women.

This is while yesterday one of the survivors of Shafa Hospital revealed in an interview with Al Jazeera that the Zionist soldiers assaulted the women sheltering there by attacking the Shafa Hospital and then killed them.
